For over fifteen years, the agricultural university has been preparing young specialists for the leading farming holding of the country.

The solemn appointment ceremony started with the meeting of Stefan Duerr and the students and teachers of the university. The president of EkoNiva Group told about its enterprise, the future growth prospects and young staff development. After Stefan Duerr’s presentation, the students bombarded him with questions. The future specialists were interested in internship, employment and career prospects at EkoNiva enterprises.

Nikolay Bukhtoyarov, Rector of the university, shared that the farming holding has a long-standing friendly and successful relationship with the university.

‘Currently, over 200 alumni of our university are employed by EkoNiva’, says Nikolay Bukhtoyarov. ‘We work with a large number of companies, but our cooperation with EkoNiva Group is the most friendly and productive.’ Therefore, today, we are rising to an entirely new level of joint work. Together, we will prepare specialists which will come to the enterprise after graduation to work with advanced technologies putting in practice the high-level knowledge obtained at the university instead of having to learn everything from scratch at work.
