EkoNivaTekhnika-Holding is launching a new project — online order system for clients.

Now one does not have to spend a lot of time to order spare parts, lubricants and consumables. All orders can be made by loading the goods into a virtual shopping basket in a special Internet application.

The online order system has been developed to optimise customer support. It allows the clients to get a prompt review of all goods and services on offer and learn about discounts and special offers.

‘The project has been developed specially for our clients. It is a new step towards successful cooperation’, says Vladimir Kovalenko, Spare Parts Division Manager of EkoNivaTekhnika-Holding.  ‘We have done our best to make it easier for our clients to come in contact with us without any routine emails or fax copies. Now all they have to do is file an application in the Internet, and the operator will call the client within a few minutes after the application is filed.   The user-friendly interface of the site makes it easy to use for anyone.' The high-quality picture of the item and detailed description will help the customer to make the right choice. The new system allows to track the order status and the shipment and delivery dates. It is also important that the customer can have access to the goods list and receive professional help 24 hours per day 7 days a week.

‘To find the required item, the customer can type in the article number or the name of the good needed’, continues Vladimir Kovalenko. The new system allows selecting consumables for John Deere self-propelled machines. Clients also can choose the required size of tyres and order them in one click.'

Each user will have his own account featuring the history of all orders placed. This will save the precious time of businessmen which value every second. The new оnline service will be launched in the nearest time. EkoNivaTekhnika-Holding specialists are sure that their clients will appreciate the non-stop service. To stay on top of the business one needs to keep pace with the times!
