Tested over a decade

EkoNiva-Sibir has operated in the region for 12 years. Each year its clientele has grown. Today more than 400 farmers from Novosibirsk, Tomsk, and Kemerovo oblasts buy equipment from EkoNiva-Sibir. Among its partners are those who at one point helped the company rise up and move ahead. Relations with the Irmen stud farm and the Beregovoy agricultural production cooperative have been tested by a decade of close cooperation.

For the occasion EkoNiva-Sibir decided to mark out its partners with memorable decorations.

“We are very proud of having cooperated with the Irmen stud farm, a dairy giant in Novosibirsk oblast, for 10 years,” says Alexei Burkhovetsky, senior sales manager of EkoNiva-Sibir. “The agricultural enterprise holds first place in the region in production and processing of meat and milk. Under the supervision of Yuri Bugakov, workman emeritus of agriculture, we employ the most advanced technologies both in stockbreeding and crop production.”

In 2004 the Irmen stud farm became the region’s first owner of the John Deere 9420 tractor.

“At that time it was quite a wonder to us,” says Mikhail Rudnev, chief engineer of the farm. “Few, if anyone at all, had ever used really modern machines. Today we have over 20 units of self-propelled and trailed agricultural equipment from EkoNiva-Sibir. We’re gradually introducing the AutoTrack automatic driving system. The company’s engineers help us understand ‘smart’ software and train our specialists. We’re pleased that the company pays so much attention to servicing and steadily improves its work in this area. I can safely say that today EkoNiva servicing is the best in the region in terms of both equipment and attitude to the customer. All the requests are filled at the first telephone call and, should a problem occur, help is not long in coming.”

EkoNiva-Sibir supplied the first package of Kverneland fodder procurement equipment to the Beregovoy agricultural cooperative in Kemerovo oblast. This multi-sectoral farm specialises in vegetable production, yielding each year 25,000 tonnes of vegetables.

“In the ten years of cooperation, EkoNiva has shown that it is possible to work more effectively at lower cost,” says Leonid Polikov, deputy director for production. “We use equipment from various foreign manufacturers. We like the JCB loaders. For two years we’ve been using John Deere machines. No complaints about their performance. But then we don’t fear any malfunctions since should any occur, EkoNiva will always help us out given that now it has opened its own servicing centre in the region. This is very good for us, proving again that this company cares for the farmers using its equipment.”
